Duplicate error prompts for debs

• I have searched the existing issues and found none matching what I'm reporting.

Bug Description

After performing a deb action that fails with an error, subsequent actions show the previous error again, despite no action actually being performed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open the gnome-calculator deb page in the App Center
2. Click Install, but cancel authentication to error out and show the error dialog
3. Click Install again, and see the error prompt re-appear before auth even completes

Expected behavior

No duplicate error dialogs should show, and they should not repeat when performing actions many times.
