Is there an existing issue for this?
Bug Description
Debian Package: DigiKam
Version 9.0.0
When launching the program or importing photos, a wide yellow bar at the top indicates that Exiftool is missing.
This works fine in older versions (8.8) and other distributions (OpenSUSE Leap 16, Debian 13).
Reinstalling the package did not resolve the issue.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Debian Package: DigiKam
Version 9.0.0
Start Programm: wide yellow bar at the top indicates that Exiftool is missing.
Expected behavior
Is there a bug in version 9.00 exclusively in this distribution/store?
Ubuntu release
26.04
System info
No response
Additional context
Workaround: I manually downloaded it from a GitHub repository
