Bug Description

Hi. I was recommended to file a bug report over this regarding me having issues getting my Yubikey two factor authenticaion work even though it works properly in other areas for the operating system such as the terminal. I opened a topic on the Ubuntu forums over this and they advised me to file a report here. The topic is here: https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/ubuntu-snap-store-wont-update-2-factor-authentication-wont-work/84457/6

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1.I try opening the app center.
2.I try installing or updating an app
3.I'm asked about my password which I type in
4.Despite me using the yubikey the app store doesn't take notice to it.

Expected behavior

The App Center is supposed to activate my yubikey authentication when typing in my password, but no one replies.
