poor performance & scrolling with yaru theming and very smooth when it's adwaita

Bug Description

I know the title seems strange but I can confirm this is true, I made two videos about it hoping you would notice the difference because is VERY noticeable from live.

Hoping that the video will be helpful anyway with the yaru theme is for no reason to me way more laggy and chunky instead when it's adwaita is very smooth
