Add Lexical comments plugin?

Hi thank you for providing such a wonderful package!

I saw on the Lexical playground that they have commenting. I believe it relies on the Mark plugin.

Commenting functionality?

I have no idea how I would even begin to implement this :( but it would be cool if this can be placed on a roadmap.
