README.md might be outdated

Dear RadQy team, 

thx for providing such a wonderful tool! However, the readme file might be outdated with the newest version:

```
python backend/main.py --inputdir "PATH_TO_DICOM_DATASET" --scantype mri
```

There seems to be no `main.py` file in the `backend` folder.
