[Bug Report][4.0.2] title attribute does not work on V-Select

OS: macOS 10.15.7 (current)

Steps to reproduce

1. Place the cursor over the select

Expected Behavior

That the title attribute should be visible when placing the cursor over the selector

Not visible

input within has pointer-events: none since v3. Not sure why we skipped the fix you mentioned.

What's the advantage over VTooltip anyway?

From my perspective, the native title attribute is less intrusive for certain situations. On my current form, I’m adding explanations for what each field does, and these explanations feel better suited to title rather than v-tooltip, at least for non-critical guidance.

As a workaround, I wrapped the v-select in a <div> to apply the title, which works, but it would be more consistent and convenient if v-select supported title natively, similar to v-text-field

Does your title simply acts the same - providing supplemental information, but accidentally matches the design better?
