Windows: can't find ffmpeg in same directory

If ffmpeg.exe is not installed on Windows 11, but unpacked in the same directory (including belonging .dll and .exe files) as xytz.exe, it can't find it. Maybe same problem as for dgr8akki/nano-ffmpeg#1 ?

No, in Windows the Path environment variable only should be relevant for files located outside the current directory.

okay then, try setting the ffmpeg_path config to the location of the ffmpeg binary
