Progress window remain Open after switching

When I click the switch, progress window in which it says hold on... stays open after the progress bar get completed.
UI theme switch perfectly but the wndow stays open.
I'm Using version 0.3.5 on Unity 2019.3.10f1 personal.

I'm having the same problem but I'm using Unity 2019.3.14f1 personal and have to restart my pc just to close Unity and it does it on startup every time.
