I reviewed the Simplified Chinese changes against the current English docs. The main wording is much more natural than the existing zh files, but I noticed two small translation leftovers that are still worth fixing when you resolve the current merge conflicts:
- In
docs/CONTRIBUTING-zh.md, the Code of Conduct sentence still ends with([translations](README.md#translations)). Since this PR is refreshing the Chinese docs, I think the visible link text should be localized, e.g.([翻译](README.md#translations)). - In
docs/CODE_OF_CONDUCT-zh.md, the footer link is still[Translations](README.md#translations). Same suggestion:[翻译](README.md#translations).
Also, this PR is a good partial refresh for Simplified Chinese, but #6782 also mentions docs/HOWTO-zh.md and the Traditional Chinese docs. It may help maintainers if the PR description explicitly says this is intentionally scoped to CONTRIBUTING-zh.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT-zh.md, or if those remaining files are left for a follow-up PR.
