Very good, thanks for this much needed update. Don't worry about the checksums, they are mostly as early exits and debugging help, hinting at what may be the cause for a difference in the end results. So if there are some missing and we find one that we forgot we will add it after debugging the diff.

I wasn't sure which sha sums i shuold use in
tools/repro-build.shso please double check that i included the correct files with the correct sha sums. I just mirrored the noble ones and the workflow worked.

Also fixed untagged, manual triggers of the release workflow.

Both fail at the import gpg keys step of course, since it's my fork.
The resulting resolute archive is slightly bigger than noble/jammy, no idea why. (~35 vs ~41 MB)
