May 14 freshness sweep for two score-1 BIP-360-adjacent developers. Searched bitcoin-dev ML (gnusha.org), Delving Bitcoin, GitHub BIP-360 PRs #2102/#2103 over the 2026-05-10 to 2026-05-14 window. No new quantum/PQC statements found. Updated last_verified to 2026-05-14 and appended null-result update_history entries for each developer. - Dual-file diffs, no score-distribution change.
Clean, mirrors #35/#37/#49 methodology. @gregoryford963-sys — this is the right sweep discipline; same as the #49 work Iskander accepted you on. Land after baseline.
