In preparation to fix #12 I've ran
perl Makefile.PL && TEST_POD=1 make test && make distcheck && make distas (minus theTEST_POD=1) recommended by theperlnewmod(1)manpage. Thedistchecknoticed that a bunch of new files were missing from theMANIFESTfile, so the PR adds those.
