Changes

Both the self-driving product and the Slack app are in beta, but nothing on the site said so. This adds beta indicators in two places:

  • Docs sidebar (src/navs/index.js): a "Beta" tag on the Self-driving and Slack app product entries, matching the existing pattern used by Revenue/Customer/MCP Analytics.
  • Product pages: a "Beta" badge above the hero heading on /self-driving and /slack, reusing each page's existing Badge component.

Why: make it obvious to visitors that these products are still in beta, consistent with how other beta products are marked.

Checklist

  • I've read the docs and/or content style guides.
  • Words are spelled using American English
  • Use relative URLs for internal links
  • I've checked the pages added or changed in the Vercel preview build
  • If I moved a page, I added a redirect in vercel.json

Created with PostHog from a Slack thread

Both products are in beta but nothing on the site said so. Adds a "Beta" tag to the two product entries in the docs sidebar and a "Beta" badge above the hero heading on the /self-driving and /slack product pages.

Eager-graph budgets are report-only until a baseline is established. Sizes are gzip of public/**/*.js; eager size is webpack module source bytes.

The docs sidebar renders the active product's nav via TreeMenu (plus a product-switcher Select), and the product-page sidebars use TreeMenu directly — but TreeMenu ignored the `badge` field, so the beta tags never showed.

- Add badge rendering to TreeMenu (leaf links, section headers, and expandable items).
- Badge the Overview entry of the Self-driving and Slack app docs nav so the tag shows in the docs sidebar.
- Badge the self-driving and Slack entries in productOSNav so the tag shows in the product-page sidebars.

The beta tag should only appear in the sidebars, not on the self-driving and Slack product pages themselves. Removes the hero badge from both pages.
