Product readiness is no longer the leading blocker: the paid-enrollment path is live with tuition settling into the customer's own Stripe account. Current Stage, the blocker list, daily activities, and the summary now center on first-customer activation, pipeline, pricing validation, and product-market fit.

Docs-only. With #264 merged and live,
alex.md's "Current Stage" and blocker list were stale: product readiness was listed as blocker #1, but the paid-enrollment path now ships tuition to the customer's own Stripe account via destination charges. Reframed around what's actually left — first-customer activation (the operational Stripe onboarding perdocs/operations/sacp-stripe-connect-onboarding.md), pipeline, pricing validation, and PMF — and noted that the revenue share is now collected as a Stripe application fee at charge time (relevant to the pricing-model validation bullet).
