Update XDP submodule to include reporting of power mode in MLTimeline output
Xilinx/XDP#85
Bug / issue (if any) fixed, which PR introduced the bug, how it was discovered
MLTimeline output mentioned hardcoded value (1000) in clock_freq_MHZ for Client. This may not be correct and caused confusion among users.
So, this field is now replaced with power mode
How problem was solved, alternative solutions (if any) and why they were rejected
