Adds a configurable list of custom HTTP headers (key/value pairs) to the Server URL settings, sent with every outgoing request alongside the existing Bearer token.

This enables usage behind reverse proxies and zero-trust solutions (e.g. Cloudflare Access) that require additional headers for authentication.
