Alpine 3 has stress-ng already in repos. It is not compiled with all option but it has everything needed for s-tui. That's why I think simplicity makes more sense here.

Dockerfile and a workflow to build container images.
Would make easy to run s-tui and stress-ng from latest sources on any platform with container support.
