Adds General Compute (https://generalcompute.com) as a provider. General Compute offers an OpenAI-compatible API with 16 models including DeepSeek, Llama, Qwen, Gemma, MiniMax, and GPT-OSS variants. API: https://api.generalcompute.com/v1 Auth: GENERALCOMPUTE_API_KEY
