feat: support benchmark test

What this PR does / why we need it:

benchmark

• Confirm resource readiness through control API
• the consumer will confirm through requests due to the lack of a control API

The status update queue of 1000 is completely insufficient for large-scale resource synchronization scenarios, and is set to 10000 by default

Fixed the issue where the first synchronization would block for 5 minutes.

Since the initialization of readiness is an asynchronous operation.
The processing of done may occur earlier than init, resulting in readiness manager blocking.
