add playwright fixtures

@ericof maybe when you have the time, have a look at this.
It is working, but the test setup here, does not like the playwright install stuff.
Normally you have to run that command once on your system, to setup playwright.
But i figured, when you run it again in different locations, like here in the setup, it will ask for it when you want to use playwright outside of it.
