Add faults tag to recovery tests that use fault injection tool.

Test-tag: test_check_policies test_check_repair_corner_case test_start_back_to_back test_two_pools_healthy test_two_pools_corrupted test_stale_entry test_check_start_reset test_check_start_interactive test_check_start_failout test_check_start_find_orphans test_stop_during_repair test_disable_during_repair

Steps for the author:

  • Commit message follows the guidelines.
  • Appropriate Features or Test-tag pragmas were used.
  • Appropriate Functional Test Stages were run.
  • At least two positive code reviews including at least one code owner from each category referenced in the PR.
  • Testing is complete. If necessary, forced-landing label added and a reason added in a comment.

After all prior steps are complete:

  • Gatekeeper requested (daos-gatekeeper added as a reviewer).

The test failure recovery/check_start_corner_case.py:DMGCheckStartCornerCaseTest.test_two_pools_corrupted is a known issue: https://daosio.atlassian.net/browse/DAOS-18773
