This PR removes a stub-only page () that contained just a bare front matter with no content. The removal correctly fixes the spurious 'Labs' entry appearing in the 404 page's left navigation. No redirects are needed — the file was never a real user-facing documentation page and carried no content. No vendored files are touched.

This PR removes content/tags/labs/_index.md, an empty Hugo taxonomy index page (3 lines, title-only front matter) that was incorrectly appearing in the 404 left nav. The fix is correct and minimal.
