Fix Docker deployment and procedure

Fixes and improvements of app containerization:

• Fixes docker script (tsx was not present in the container path)
• Improves Dockerfile by using Docker layering
• Isolate container node_modules from host

This should be merged, running the project in Docker is currently broken.
