Incorporated the PWA functionality, Spectroscopic QR code scanning capabilities, and WebID analysis feature directly into the OSCAR Viewer application and the backend system.

Care was taken to ensure that recent security improvements, internationalization (t() calls), and local config egress changes were merged safely with the new functionality instead of overwritten. Added PWA configuration, integrated the new WebID data views inside the adjudication form, merged the robust WebIdAnalysis React component, and successfully merged backend endpoint/handlers to support the QR analysis flow. Markdown documentation files were also accurately updated.
