Add customizable previous and next frame shortcuts for paused video. Use seek-mode stepping, and show the frame count in the existing player indicator.

Add customizable frame-by-frame navigation for videos (when paused), with comma and period as the default shortcuts.
Similar to how it works with YouTube.
