feat(analyzer): update to CWE 4.20 standards and fix terminology 🤖🤖🤖

This PR updates the SAST/SCA Security Analyzer agent to align with the latest MITRE CWE 4.20 standards (released April 2026).

🚀 Key Changes:

• CWE 4.20 Integration: Added new AI/ML-specific security weaknesses including Prompt Injection (CWE-1427), Model Poisoning (CWE-1428), and Insecure Inference Parameters (CWE-1434).
• Terminology Alignment: Updated 10+ existing CWE mappings to match official v4.20 definitions (e.g., transitioning CWE-255 categories to CWE-798 base weaknesses).
• Modern Compliance: Updated policy compliance section to reference the new 2025/2026 CWE Top 25 (View-1435) methodology.
• Normalization: Standardized the agent's name in frontmatter to sast-sca-security-analyzer to ensure full compliance with the Skill Validator rules.

🛠️ Verification & Quality:

• Ran npm install and npm run build to update all README tables and marketplace.json.
• Verified all CWE IDs and names against the official MITRE CWE 4.20 Portal.
• Executed bash eng/fix-line-endings.sh to ensure LF line endings.
• Confirmed file naming follows the lowercase-hyphenated convention.
