Enable blur for session lock surface. This looks well with
session_lock_xrayenabled and a semitransparent lock screen.I've been using this patch for several months and don't notice any problems. However this is a somewhat breaking change, hence maybe there should be a config option for this.
Resolves hyprwm/hyprlock/issues/946
