- remove redundant postprocessing using manual route - specify restore behavior in multiapps - use PebbleBed syntax in transient inputs - use atomic densities in Composition
- use physics syntax everywhere - organize inputs for legibility - fix postprocessing of energy fluxes - clean outputs and other postprocessing - parametrize input file and remove hardcoded quantities and inconsistencies
- run depletion during the null. We expect some evolution then BUT the decay heat issue is the main one observed on t=0 refs https://github.inl.gov/ncrc/griffin/issues/3186 Add a SS pebble input to avoid switching the ICs on/off every time
- set up the mesh from a checkpoint to avoid partitioning issue - remove broken transfer - set a longer dt so we see the issue with power density (to be fixed)
Use cli args to limit transient to 0.05 s null + 0.8s of dlofc
