subphot stands for Subtraction Photometry!
subphot is a simple difference photometry pipeline using hotpants. I made this for specifically LCO images.
This pipeline does not support .fits.fz files.
Download the subphot_pipeline.py file and run it in your system.
python subphot_pipeline.py --sci "/home/joysankar/LCO/IP_IMAGES" --ref "/home/joysankar/LCO/ref" --ra 90.93754 --dec -64.37665 --outdir "/home/joysankar/LCO/diff_i" --hotpants "/home/joysankar/hotpants/hotpants" --ncpu 8
No need to create filter specific folders. In sci folder you can put all your images in fits format. In ref folder put you reference images one per band in fits format with same filter name as sci images.
