Matser-thesis

This respository contains the R code used in the master's thesis: ... . This thesis was the result of the collaboration between Hasselt univesity.

Respository Structure-

The repository is organised by the thesis chapters outlined below. The data used in this project orginates from a single-center ICD registry. Due to privacy regulations and data protection agreements, this dataset is not publicly available and is not included in this repository. However, the code, workflow and analysis pipeline provided here can help others understand how the models were applied in this thesis.
