Rename src/open_data_pvnet/scripts to scripts/generation

Description

This PR addresses issue #119 by moving the src/open_data_pvnet/scripts directory to a new top-level scripts/generation directory. This reorganization separates the generation scripts from the installed package source.

How Has This Been Tested?

I have verified the changes locally:

1. Static Verification: Confirmed that the directory structure is correct and all 6 script files were moved. checked that no references to the old open_data_pvnet.scripts path remain in the codebase.
2. Automated Tests: Ran pytest tests/.
