• Added merge_vm_glyphs.py — merges select VictorMono italic glyphs (s, l, r, e, f) into Miosevka Italic TTFs with correct scaling (1000/1100 UPM) and centering

• New/changed glyph variants (upright):
  • e → rounded
  • f → flat-hook-tailed
  • i → serifed-flat-tailed
  • l → serifed-semi-tailed
  • r → serifless
  • Added ligature chain variants: lig-equal-chain / lig-hyphen-chain with notch; lig-plus-chain without notch
• New/changed italic variants:
  • a → single-storey-top-cut-tailed
  • b → bottom-cut-serifless
  • c → serifless
  • d → tailed-serifless
  • g → single-storey-serifless
  • m → short-leg-tailed-serifless
  • n → tailed-serifless
  • y → cursive-serifless (newly added)

Riosevka Build Plan Updates (riosevka-build-plans.toml)

• Removed weight variants: Light (300), SemiBold (600), ExtraBold (800) — now only Regular and Bold
• Italic slope angle changed from 9.4° → 12°
