This Magento 2 Extension lets B2B customers manage sub-accounts under one main customer account. It is built for companies where several employees, branches, departments, or locations order through the same Magento account but should not all have the same access.
Instead of sharing one login across a company, each user gets their own credentials and a controlled role in the buying process.
- Create employee accounts under a main B2B customer account
- Let customers manage sub-accounts from the account area
- Control which addresses, payment methods, and shipping methods a user can use
- Let the main account or admin switch into a sub-account for support and testing
- Limit order visibility so users only see the orders they are allowed to see
- Add role-based permissions, spending limits, and order approval flows when needed
- Support reporting, import/export, and compatibility workflows around larger B2B account setups
- Companies with several buyers under one customer account
- Purchasing departments where employees need different checkout permissions
- Franchise or branch structures with central account ownership
- Field teams that need restricted access to addresses, shipping methods, or payment methods
- B2B stores where managers approve orders before they are submitted
- Accounts where spending limits are assigned by employee, branch, or department
Sublogin creates a structured account model for Magento 2 B2B stores. A main customer account can create and manage users, assign addresses, control login access, and decide how much each user can see or do.
For more advanced account structures, the same setup can cover permission roles, group hierarchies, budget checks, order approval, reports, and catalog restrictions. The goal is to keep B2B account management inside Magento instead of spreading it across emails, manual notes, or ERP-side workarounds.
Configure frontend behavior, account permissions, address handling, order visibility, and email behavior from the Magento admin panel.
Admins can view and manage sub-accounts for a customer, including status, account data, and quick access to edit actions.
Each sub-account can have its own profile, status, addresses, login settings, and account-specific options.
The main customer can manage sub-accounts from the storefront account area without contacting support for every user change.
Customers can review users, edit account data, and switch into a sub-account when they need to check permissions or help with an order.
The login context keeps track of whether a user is acting as the main account, a sub-account, or through an assisted login flow.
Orders can retain the sub-account context, so order history and internal checks stay tied to the user who placed the order.
Role permissions help define what a user can see or do, from product access to checkout and order visibility.
Spending limits can be managed for users or account structures, helping larger customers keep purchasing under control.
Approval flows can route orders through a manager before they continue, especially when order value or user role requires an extra check.
