A pypi package for performing multimodal data clustering.
CoALa(Convex-combination of Approximate Laplacians) algorithm inside! Know more about CoALa here.
Until it is published on pypi, you have to install it in editable mode from the repository clone itself. For that, follow the instructions below.
Clone this repository and change your working directory to coalapy/.
$ git clone https://github.com/evi1haxor/coalapy.git
$ cd coalapyInstallation of dependencies can be done in two ways. Follow what you feel seem fit for you.
$ pip3 install pipenv
$ pipenv installAlternatively, if you don't want to do it pipenv way for whatever reason, do as following-
$ pip3 install virtualenv
$ virtualenv -p python3 venv
$ source venv/bin/activateIf you just want to use the package-
$ pip3 install -r requirements/production.txtIf you want to tinker around with the build of this repository-
$ pip3 install -r requirements/dev.txtThis step is only for those who have followed above steps with virtualenv-
