About CoALa

CoALa(Convex-combination of Approximate Laplacians) algorithm inside! Know more about CoALa here.

Installation

Until it is published on pypi, you have to install it in editable mode from the repository clone itself. For that, follow the instructions below.

Clone coalapy

Clone this repository and change your working directory to coalapy/.

$ git clone https://github.com/evi1haxor/coalapy.git
$ cd coalapy

Installation of dependencies can be done in two ways. Follow what you feel seem fit for you.

Install dependencies- pipenv way

$ pip3 install pipenv
$ pipenv install

Install dependencies- virtualenv way

Alternatively, if you don't want to do it pipenv way for whatever reason, do as following-

$ pip3 install virtualenv
$ virtualenv -p python3 venv
$ source venv/bin/activate

If you just want to use the package-

$ pip3 install -r requirements/production.txt

If you want to tinker around with the build of this repository-

$ pip3 install -r requirements/dev.txt

Install coalapy

This step is only for those who have followed above steps with virtualenv-

$ pip3 install -e .

Usage

You can refer sample.py file as a sample script regarding the usage.
