feat: hard cut OpenVibeCoding namespace

Summary

• hard cut public, runtime, package, MCP, and starter surfaces from CortexPilot to OpenVibeCoding
• rename the Python orchestrator module, published/runtime identifiers, cache roots, and deep-link/runtime keys
• align public docs, bundles, skills, and repo-owned install paths with the new namespace
